What is

What is Tantra ?

Tantra originate from India, for over 5,000 years ago at the same time as Yoga and Ayurvedic medicine. Tantra is a path to deeper wisdom, including awakening and enlightenment.

In Tantra we become aware of the flow in our bodies, our energies and thoughts. We use movement, breathing and sound. As well as meditations and exercises to open up and release everything that is blocking us. To get to know our true essence. We are using all our senses to awaken the body. So we can open up for more of what we are.

We get to know ourselves, we uncover hidden treasures in us, and we see how we can strengthen ourselves when facing feelings that may be unpleasant. Through our experiences we come in contact with inner wisdom, which can guide us on the path of life. And we can become whole beings.

Tantra is an experience-based knowledge. That we first learn when doing the meditations and exercises along with an experienced guide / teacher.

Insights can also be gained in massage meditations, with relaxation, enjoyment and movement of energies. As well as dissolving tension, muscle contractions and blockages. So we opens up to our sensations and feel the vibrations in our bodies. Learning to move the vibrational energies consciously to benefit the life we want to live. First it is an inner listening that can become an outer projection, becoming your life.

To meet yourself in a new way with acceptance and love. This transformation can happen when I hold that mirror up for you. By seeing you in acceptance and love. Like this negative thoughts and ideas about yourself can drop away, together with guilt, shame and fear. Then there will be more space to see yourself with new eyes, and eventually others. This affects all your relationships: With life partner, children, parents, siblings, colleges, friends, interests, community, politics etc etc etc.

Therefore, Tantra is for me to say Yes to Life and everything that comes with it.

If you want to find out if this is for you then come to a session or a course. Try it out with openness and curiosity for what this may mean for you. It is only by doing it we can find out what it is for each of us.

What is Zen Coaching ?

Zen is presence, awareness, mindfulness, relaxed alertness, our true nature; to live deeply in the essence of life as it unfolds and manifests itself in surprising and creative ways from moment to moment.

Coaching it the art of supporting people to discover their own inner resources, and answering their own questions. This is done mainly through deep, respectful listening and powerful questions.

Zen Coaching is a powerful approach to life, with a set of understandings and principles for how we can support ourselves and others to come home to our true nature, grow as human beings, and live and act from that recognition.

The point of departure for Zen Coaching lies in our natural desire to be fully the one we are and to be genuine, authentic and honest with ourselves and others. As a coaching approach, it focuses on reaching outward goals – which are characteristic of traditional coaching – with a deeper inner focus than is normally found in coaching.

The approach is based on fundamental mindfulness principles, or conscious presence. It explores limiting beliefs and opens our true inner resources. The most important thing about the method is – an inner, focused exploration based on specific questions and a supportive listening.

The “goal” of Zen Coaching is achievable right here, right now – simply by noticing, allowing, and fully experiencing our experience at this moment. There is no reason to wait, no reason to seek satisfaction in the future. Fulfillment, lightness and wisdom are whatever the essence of what we are experiencing right here right now.
